Data controller

The controller is Audrey, trading as La Fée Beauté, a beauty salon at 1 rue de la Poste, 35610 Roz-sur-Couesnon, Ille-et-Vilaine, France. Phone: +33 2 99 20 61 98. Email: contact@lafeebeaute.com.

The salon has no employees. Messages received via the site, phone or email are read by Audrey. They are not forwarded to another practitioner.

Data we collect and why

The contact form collects first name, last name, email address, phone number, preferred place of treatment (salon or home), preferred day and the treatment requested. This is used only to answer a booking or information request and to confirm a slot. Legal bases: steps at the request of the person prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and legitimate interest in managing the client relationship (art. 6.1.f).

The site does not run a customer account, an automated newsletter, or list sales. Reviews shown on the site are excerpts already made public by their authors (Google or messages sent to the salon).

Retention and recipients

Form submissions are emailed (Resend) to the salon inbox. They are kept for the duration of the appointment follow-up, then at most three years after the last contact, unless a longer accounting duty applies to an invoice. Recipients: Audrey, the email provider (Resend), the site host (Vercel). The Kalendes booking widget is a third-party service: its own terms apply when you book online.

Cookies and analytics

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure site traffic in aggregate, without targeted advertising. La Fée Beauté does not set advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to contact@lafeebeaute.com or by post to the salon address. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
